Oh, Honey.
Honey is supposed to help with allergies, aches and pains, and it strengthens bones. Know how I know that? I, no kidding, read it in the Bible. Proverbs. It said something like, “…wisdom is to your heart as honey is to your bones.”
So I had to google it–of course.
No joke, it helps build strong bones. Now, it’s best to eat raw honey–but something collected locally (wherever “locally” is to you) will have a ton of benefits if you’re one of those that’s opposed to bee parts on your toast.
