MM Red Beans & Rice.


So Easy, Vegetarian Red Beans and Rice:

Picante salsa

1 bag Uncle Ben’s cooked brown rice (it comes in a microwavable bag… and it’s delish)

1 can of red kidney beans

paprika, to taste

more salsa, to taste.

Cook rice. Rinse the salty gunk off of the beans, and toss those in bowl with some salsa and paprika. Add the rice. Stir. Heat until beans are warm.
Eat and enjoy!
